This is one of the specific oolong green teas, produced in limited quantities by order of Moychay. Tie Guanyin Green Tea is made from the Tie Guanyin cultivar, primarily used by farmers to produce the famous oolong tea of the same name, and very rarely some red tea, but never green tea. Our supplier in Anxi County, Fujian Province, has produced this unique green tea from the Tie Guanyin oolong variety for us, using the cold dry method of final fixation. The tea has a very fluffy texture and contains many stems, as it was initially harvested for oolong tea production. It boasts a very light, sweet, and refreshing taste, sure to be appreciated by fans of Tie Guanyin oolong.
