This is a very unique green tea, specially crafted upon the request of Sergey Shevelev. Huang Jin Gui cultivar, primarily used by farmers to produce various types of oolong tea and rarely red tea, has been used to create this green tea. Our supplier in Anxi County, Fujian Province, has produced this uncommon green tea from the oolong variety for us, using the cold dry method of final fixation. The tea is characterized by its fluffy texture and abundant stems, as it was initially harvested for oolong tea production. It boasts a delightful, sweet, and refreshing taste. Often, newcomers to the world of tea mistakenly refer to lighter oolong tea as green tea due to its color. Here, we present the authentic green oolong tea. Enjoy!
