Fermented fireweed (“Honey” variety),
Blackcurrant leaf.
Preparation method:
Break off a piece and place it in a 500 ml teapot. Pour hot water (90°C) and steep for 5–10 minutes.
Also suitable for brewing in a thermos (1 piece per 500 ml of hot water).
This blend has a strengthening, anti-inflammatory, and cleansing effect on the body.
