Leaves: Young leaves and buds covered with fine fuzz, a hallmark of their tender age.

Aroma:

Dry Leaves: Fresh and floral, with hints of smoke, creaminess, and a touch of spicy anise. These aromas, similar to young Sheng tea, reflect the wild tree material and sun-dried processing.

Heated and Wet Leaves: Sweet, sugary notes emerge, evolving into a pleasant floral sweetness with hints of cashew nuts during infusions.

Western Brewing

Temperature: 90°C

Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5g per 250ml

Steeping Times:

First infusion: 1.5 minutes

Second infusion: 2 minutes

Third infusion: 4 minutes

Gongfu Brewing

Temperature: 90°C (increase to 96°C for later infusions)

Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5g per 100ml

Steeping Process:

First Infusion: Brew for 25 seconds.

Subsequent Infusions: Add 10–15 seconds for each additional steeping.
