Experimental Georgian natural semi-fermentation tea, with partial regular and partial vacuum fermentation (to increase the amount of GABA acid). Khili in Georgian means "fruity", this tea has this name because this batch got significant fruity aftertaste and fragrance. Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
