This tea is undoubtedly the finest in our collection of oolong cultivar green teas. This limited batch was produced in Zhaoan County of Fujian Province by Master Li Zhisheng, one of the most prominent young tea specialists in Zhaoan. The tea is made from the Dancong variety, primarily used for processing Fenghuang Dancong tea, a type of oolong tea from Northern Guangdong. As Zhaoan borders Guangdong, this variety has also spread to the area. We challenged Mr. Li to process the Dancong variety using the traditional Maofeng green tea processing technique from Siquan Province. The result you now hold in your hands is one of the most unique presentations of Dancong tea. Its fresh and long-lasting aroma, along with its rich taste, will astonish any green tea lover.
